Return and Exchange Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
  • If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (they don’t fit, have an imperfection) you can submit your return for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds are always issued to store credit
  • Hold onto your return tracking #, we can't look up your return without it
  • It can take up to 7 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received
  • Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order
  • If your account is flagged for returns abuse we can't accept your return
  • Anything worn, altered, washed or missing its original packaging and tags can't be returned
CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
Sorry, we don’t offer exchanges but you can place another order for the item(s) or size(s) you need with your store credit! We'll always email you when your credit is in your account so you can shop ASAP.

HOW DO I SEND BACK MY RETURN?
You can contact our customer service team and they will provide you with all details for the return. Please note that refunds are always issued to store credit but we can exchange the item you want and send you the new one.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Processing returns takes up to 7 business days after they are delivered to our warehouse, so please be a little patient with us, we will get to your return ASAP because we wanna make you happy!

WHEN IS MY STORE CREDIT AVAILABLE?
As soon as we process your return, we'll send you a confirmation email that store credit was issued. You will receive an e-gift card and you can use it anytime. Yay!

I GOT MY ORDER AND SOMETHING'S WRONG, WHAT DO I DO?
Oh nooo! If you've received your order and something's wrong we need to know within 5 days. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect send us a pic at email address!
